Any idea about this noise - Watch this video?

I should then start from TO bearing diagnosis and see how it goes. By the way, I do have BBK FW adjuster and BBK single hook clutch quadrant. When I installed BBK cable coming with the kit, it got damaged in few months.. then many have recommended to use the stock cable since it's stronger, I got my old stock cable and it couldn't hook right there to that quadrant ( well, it did but cable was just taken too hard and the car hardly moves, pedal needs to be released maybe 3/4 way to start moving the car). Then, I got 2001 stock cable and replaced it and it just fitted there, clutch release is back to normal. This all happened when I put the new TO bearing and the pilot bearing 3 months ago. Now, I remember that for the first few days after this set-up , the noise has gone - even with car running warm..
Then, I was feeling like i need to adjust the cable from firewall, so i did a number of turns in that adjuster..i was standing out of the car and in 5 mins , i could hear very very low tone... you will never notice it even until you come near by and listen carefully.. so i jumped in the car .. pushed the clutch,, and that little noise went away.. released the clutch and it came back slightly ... in 10 mins maybe the noise started to be recognized… it is my old noisy friend back:bang: ... now I am trying to relate this story with what old_blue was telling me!!

Unfortunately it seems like throwout bearings are hit or miss.
Sometimes they are bad right out of the box, which has happened to me.
Since then i always used a centerforce TOB.
But who knows, i believe centerforce has made some ford racing branded parts in the past, so you never know, i may have just been using the same part.

I have no experience with the bbk stuff but I just had to do this myself as my tob was making noise right after my swap , I ran maximum motorsports stock style cable with firewall adj and quad and after I did the tob with a timken one it stopped

IF that's true, I made the same mistake and got again FRPP bearings..
