Tapatalk is the shiznizzle... you really should spend the $2.99.

If you don't have $2.99 for tapatalk, maybe it's time to consider selling the Mustang and buy a Hyundai.

:leaving:

Tapatalk works with latest version of Stangnet. In the past Tapatalk would lock up, post more than once and a few other bugs. I use it all the time to test and it's pretty flawless. It's actually worth the money in my opinion. You can use Tapatalk with most forums, I use mine for 5 forums.

I liked the mobile version of Stangnet before this new redesign. Shouldn't have to have a separate paid app for mobile versions of web sites. The regular site does load okay on my Droid X, but it "reloads" itself a couple times (probably all the ads loading) before I can navigate the site.

It does the reload thing to me too..the old mobile site wouldnt let me post a thread or pics or anything...pretty much could only reply to threads...the new mobile site is great for me since its just like being on a computer for me..

The page refresh/redraws are a product of the way your phone does business in the web browser and not because of how the site is setup. Many phone aps/browsers will load an image, stop, redraw the entire screen with an optimized version of the downloaded image then continue. It will rinse and repeat this process for any image that it decides to optimize.

It does this in order to keep the memory usage overhead as low as it can. It works well in most circumstances but not so great for forum threads where there's a great deal of large images in the thread.

I just downgraded from the current version of tapatalk it makes you pay 1.99 for unlimited tapatalk hosted pictures in the older versions it is free. It's stupid cause some forums or tapatalk for some reason won't allow to upload pictures to the forum itself. so you have to use the tapatalk hosted to upload your pictures from your device which cost 1.99 now :(
