Bob Kurgan Tuned The Rnh 363 (again)

Grover would mind telling what your combo is? Cyl heads, intake, transmission, etc? If nothing else PM me if you don't mind sharing. Doing what you are is my long term goal, and a Dart based engine was in the plan. Another wolf in sheep's clothing as David put it.. A proven recipe would be much appreciated, there are a few local Chevy guys over here with high hp set-ups that need some humility..lol.

Nice. Is that Jay Allen cam solid roller? I'm assuming so since you went with shaft style rockers..

I've got my rear end built, but opted for the tko 600 instead.. wondering if I should have gone t-56.. Oh, well. at least I won't break it.

Grover,

I love your car. Hands down one of the nicest foxes Ive ever seen. But seriously, I have loads of trouble getting my measly 460 whp to the ground. With twice that power on tap, I know it has to be nearly impossible. Did you plan on ever getting it all down or was it built just because? Just curious is all.

Torque arm??? Please post pics of it. I've seen the stock photos at MM but haven't seen any other application pics.

Oh... A going down the road video would be sweet too! :nice:

Edit: Oh... and how do you get away with running that beast on CA roads?

wow congrats sick numbers bro!! I love your car even if it only made half that hp lol I never get tired of seeing your engine bay:hail: .... I had a similiar 100 mile monsoon rain the whole drive home from American Muscle car show in PA last year with billet deletes for wipers was an adventure! .....btw i do have a bigger cam in my car:hide:

It's official... you're retarded. :D
far from it... a torque arm is basicly a single center ladder bar set up. where as the stock suspension is a 4 link set up. there is enought stuff in the aftermarket to make the trianglelated 4 link a parallel 4 link and mark it work VERY VERY well. if i was going to build it to handle better id go to a 3 link set up (think 2005+) that has better articulation then our 4 bar set up and then you can still adjust the instant center like you would with our set up. a torque arm set up like a ladder bar your limited to a fixed instant center which SUCKS!

The torque arm is also a 3-link setup. There seem to be awful lot of road coarse racers out there who are extremely happy with this torque arm.
