Well. its been awhile since I've been on here things have been crazy lost my job at the factory and, have been scrapping by but fixing to sell one of my cars to throw the money at the stang and really get it going. some new things I got for her. are 70 coupe sport mirrors and all three wiring harness's with fuse box. got the mirrors for 80 and harness's for 40.
First on the list is I'm gonna strip it completely in the next couple of weeks. and start fixing the few rust holes it has. and putting something on the floor of the car not just bear metal. then a lil body work and prime it. at the same time I'm gonna go ahead and rebuild the 351W after I figure out what year it is. Not gonna bore it out or anything yet. But I figured its not to much more to get a master rebuild kit with flat top pistons then a friend is gonna port and polish the heads and intake. we're not sure on the year the engine is so Hopefully it has roller rockers and i can just cam it. if it isn't we're gonna ether find heads with em or get a roller rocker cam kit for it. and we're rebuilding a Holly 850 carb for her. got new windshield coming for it. after all the body and paint. and probably gonna have to get new brakes. I would love to switch it to disk brakes but I don't think money will allow. If anyone has some other things they think I should add to the list or cheaper ways of doing things or whatever Would LOVE the input this is my first Mustang build. not the first classic car. Me and my grandpa have always been building chevy's for as long as I can remember. But he's not a ford guy. and I love em. But have never really worked on one. thanks in advance for the help.
