    HELP

    ok ive got a 87 mustang and for some strang reason it wants idle at 1500rpm and when i lower it to at least a 1000rpm then put it in gear it dies. it came from new york and a custom intake i really dont want it to stay at 1500rpm cuz then wats the point in trying to save gas if its revving this...
