    Why does my speedometer do this sometimes?

    Sometimes my speedometer will stay at 0 until I get into 4th or 5th gear, which is about 40-60 MPH. It happens maybe once every two weeks. It reads correctly, and I've changed the speedo cable last year since he speedo needle bounces around until I get up to about 30.

    Brake lines are rubbing on my rear tires

    I've converted to 5 lug, disk brakes in the rear of my car. The parking brake lines were rubbing on my tires. So I found some hose clamps to hold the cable away from the tires. But I see the clamps are rubbing through the cables. Any help would be highly appreciated!

    Well, the title says it all. I can get a 8.8 3.73 rear end from either a 84 or 85 5.0 Mustang. I'm wondering if it will work on my 88GT Vert, but I'm guessing it will since it's an 8.8 like in my car. The 3.73 rear end also comes with traction bars, so will those work as well?
