    Lowering

Get some Eibach lowering spring and do it right. I'd suggest not cutting the springs you have. That's the cheap way but will cause it to ride like a floor jack. Some progressive rate springs are the ticket.

Will longtubes hurt power on stock engine?

You're right about the mini starter, I have it and forgot to mention it. On a stock engine, it will probably drop in the low rpm range like postal said but it'll make up for it in the upper range. It'll be worth it so I think you could go ahead and swap it, especially considering they're...

    75 OR 90MM MAF?

The 90 wouldn't make that much more difference on your combo than the 75. The 75 can feed up to the 500 hp range and I'd go with that one.

    4.10 HELP

I think it's the crush sleeve. It should be replaced everytime the pinion gear is changed so check that out. You can buy an install kit that has the crush sleeve in it or the deluxe kit that has the wheel bearings too.

    Shipping Co. (DAS) Rant!!!

Damn. I used them back in 1998 but they handled mine like the pros they supposedly are. Sorry you had a bunch of lousy operators.

    crap

Depends on where the dabs are but I'd still take it off. Better to do it the right way then to always wonder until you crank it.

    Suspension Clarification Needed

The bumpsteer kit corrects the suspension geometry when the car is lowered. A simple way to say it, in a bump the suspension can change your direction of steer, especially if it's a hard enough bump. You'll have more tire wear and in spirited driving moments, it can cause the car's stability...

    New steering wheel pic!

For those guys that want another wheel but want to keep their cruise control, Grant does have a cruise control kit for both 3 spoke and 4 spoke wheels but it's more expensive than the wheel itself sometimes... $170. But it can be done and it's a simple plug in just like factory. I have a...

    Do I need balancing?

Balancing will increase the life of the bearings, seals, valvetrain, and make more power by not beating itself to death. If you didn't balance it, it'd last more than a year because the majority of factory engines aren't balanced but it's highly advised that you do. It has to be done in the...

    help on headers

Probably be better to get the new headers. You'd have to take the old one out, have that broken stud removed and then put it back on only to take it back off when you upgrade. Does it leak? If not, ride it till you get new ones. No sense repairing the old one when it's coming back off.

Will longtubes hurt power on stock engine?

I think you could go ahead with the long tubes as long as you know you could lose a little low end torque. Do you know the tube size? If they'e 1 5/8, you shouldn't have too much trouble. 1 3/4 like I have are a major pain to put in and with either size, you might want to get the Flaming...

    Aluminium flywheel

Mine my be an 88 but it should act the same. When I swapped mine, it allowed the car to accelerate quicker but it didn't shock the rear tires as hard. With the stock steel shaft, I could hit from about 15-20 mph in first and lay black marks for quite a ways. With the aluminum shaft, it didn't...

    Shift kit...

It isn't hard at all as long as you have basic mechanical abilities. The shifter will still operate the same. A kit modifies the amount and pressure of the fluid as it travels through the valvebody. Certain kits are better than others but most give you the ability to hold the gears but if...
