    See that was the problem, I didnt know how the head was if it got hot or not, I did know that the kid drove the car while it smoked, but didnt want to take the time to pull it apart and find out, So, I just bought a new one. picking it up tommorrow and putting it in within this week.

    thanks, So a 5.0 and 5.0 T-5 is the way to go. Finding the set sucks, it is damn expensive I have been looking for a long time. Any places you guys know of that have any good deals?

    Were do I get the pilot bearing for the 4cylinder T5 to match it to the 5.0 or should I even bother, and do I need to make a front suspention change to accomidate the 5.0 better, and get the car off the damn ground, it seems like the 2.3 points down and low in the front. Thanks for any advise.
