What has happened to Americas' Youth?

For most people, it is too expensive of a thing to get in to in today's economy. Between insurance, gas and maintenance; cars are very expensive and many people can't justify spending so much money on a mustang or camaro when you can can drive a much more reliable and practical honda or toyota...

    need help finishing engine build

Okay, but why is it that you suggest a larger fuel pump but keep the stock injectors? Are the stock injectors able to out perform the stock fuel system? Just trying to gain some knowledge, not question you or anything, ha.

    need help finishing engine build

okay, so I have an 88 5.0 and I had it rebuilt at a local engine shop. They put in new crank bearings, pistons, rings, had it bored .030 over and it also had an F cam, and mildly ported explore intake and heads. I'm just wondering if the car will run on the stock tune and with being a speed...

Well I realize that the stock T5 isn't going to be a big fan of 400+ hp but I was kinda just planning on running it til it lets go and then going tranny shopping.

    Pistons?

I am in the middle of doing a rebuild of my 88 5.0. The cylinder walls in the block are a little rough so it will be getting bored 0.30 over. My plans are to turbo the stock longblock for now while I slowly piece together a stroker over time as funds permit,, and then swap the turbo to the other...

    Motor Rebuild

Hopefully this is the right place for this. I am basically looking for some knowledge about what to do with my motor, as I don't have a lot of knowledge in this area. I have a 1988 Mustang GT, and I plan on cleaning up the bottom end and leaving it stock other than some new rings. I am looking...

Sorry to bring back an older thread, but I was thinking about this the other day. Would you just tint the lenses with the same tint as windows?

    Harness Mount

Well I'm going to be buying new belts anyway when I change my interior from red to black. I probably won't see much if any track use in the new future and I'm planning on buying Corbeau GTS 2 seats. Do you guys recommend that I just go with stock belts then?

    Harness Mount

Well I don't need one yet anyway but I think it would be nice to have just incase. Plus it just kind of compliments the look of the corbeaus I plan on buying,

    Harness Mount

I would like to put a four-point harness in my car, but don't really want to shell out the cash for a roll bar. I have seen that corbeau makes some sort of brace thing that goes behind the quarter windows on the pillar the you mount the harness too. I believe they only make them for 99-04 cars...

    Same Feeling?

Yeah man I know what you mean. My car is in about a million different pieces, haha, but it just feels good to know you own one. People just seem to love mustangs and it feels great when people tell you you have a cool car and stuff. Especially at my age (15) most people don't have a car of their...

Hey does the cobra brake kit the ford offers (mr 2300?) come with standard length axles and stock width spindles? Will I be able to run 18x9 and 18x10 inch wheels with this kit?
