    Lumbar Switch

I did check the fuses and they are both good. The power lumbar fuse is, as you stated a 15 amp circuit. I have power at both green wires. The seat is from a GT but not a Cobra. I was able to locate a lumbar rocker switch and should have it in a couple of days. When it gets in, weather...

    Lumbar Switch

Yes I did. Again many thanks:hail2::hail2: I think I fried the rocker switch. Several weeks ago, I received a reply that told me to put 12v to the lumbar (rocker) switch. I did this. A bad move if this switch works like a regular on / off switch. After I replaced the harness ( thanks to...

    Power Lumbar Wiring Harness

My car is a 2003. The track is the same. The seat only was changed and it came from a 2001 GT. I see where the one end is connected to the pump. I also know where the rocker switch connector is. What I do not know is where the other two connectors connect. The connector close to the rocker...

    Power Lumbar Wiring Harness

Yes. The original seat had a track supporting 6 way power seat w/o power lumbar support (2003). I replaced the seat with one with 6 way power seat and power lumbar support. I was told that I needed the harness (attachment) to get the lumbar pump working. I replaced the seat only, not the track...

2003 Mustang Power Lumbar Wiring Issue

Thanks for your reply. I did, however, separate the seat from the track and could not find anyplace to plug it in. My track must not have the plug in as it was not equipped with a power lumbar to begin with. Thanks again. :)

2003 Mustang Power Lumbar Wiring Issue

It looks like that. There is no place on the frame to plug it in. I have taken the seat out and closely looked for any empty connection but cannot find one.

2003 Mustang Power Lumbar Wiring Issue

The more I talk to the Ford dealership service and parts departments in my area; the more convinced I am that they are useless. :notnice: They cannot tell me what part(s) I need to buy to energize my power lumbar support. I replaced my driver's side (6-way) power seat w/o lumbar support with...

    V6 Mustangs Suck

I have a 2003 V6 Mustang and I am pleased with it. It not only has the looks and feel of a great car; for being a six cylinder (3.8l) it has a surprising amount of power. Now I know there are a lot of people thinking I must be used to a 4 banger but that is far from the truth. Granted, it is...

    POWER LUMBAR SUPPORT WIRING

The seat was replaced with one from a 2004 GT. I used my seat track from my 2003. This track only had a connector for the 4 wire connector coming from the floorpan. The lumbar support has an additional 2 wire connector for which I do not have a power supply. I am guessing that I will need...
