Hey guys I'm new here to StangNet.com but I was driving my mustang the other day and I heard a clicking noise from when I started it but it got louder as I accelerated. The noise does not go away when the engine heats up. Does anyone know what could be causing this?

I don't know how reliable this is but my cousin told me that if you get a white sheet of computer paper and hold it against the exhaust and it turns blue you have a blown head gasket. Other than that tell him you want to check out the car and let it cool down to check for oil in the system.
