    fuse panel listing - electric fan

    I dont have the cover or manual for my stang. Electric fan is not working, hardwire it up and it works...thinking maybe the fuse is shot however I dont know what fuse # is for the fan, some fuses are missing...but none seem burnt out. Had the car for about a month and the fan has never turned on.

    I have 4 jackstands on the front, "that sucker aint movin no where" as I said when we set it back down lol. I was thinking, what if I took angle iron, and welded them to the frame with flat plates on the bottom, basically welding permanent jackstands....

    There is no motor as well, That should help reduce the chance of it shifting. I'll snap a pic of it tomorrow and photoshop some x-bracing and get your opinions, Thanks!

    I've got the floor out of the '66. We have to do the firewall. Iis it ok, structurally, to remove the firewall?? Rockers are solid, just thought I'd get some input before I start removing it.

    I couldnt tell ya, it went on a motor that was never run before. with what jerry said, i'd say no it's not worth it, it's mainly for looks.

    I just looked in the catalog, and couldnt find anything...I think the link to the MU site is the one I need, I'll get a picture of my rusted out piece and show you guys, the pic on MU is tiny!

    Upon removal of the floor of the '66, I found that part of the panel that is right behind the floor pan that goes into the trunk needs to be replaced. NPD doesnt list it in their catalog, does anyone else make one, or am I SOL and have to fab something up myself?

    Everything is pulled, EVERYTHING! Only thing left in the interior is the steering column. Replacing firewall and floor over the next few weeks.

    So you have to remove the steering wheel to pull out the column from the steering box? I already had the support piece to the dash off.

    Well I have the car basically stripped ('66 Coupe) and the only thing left is the steering column. How do I take it apart from the steering box? I have to replace the firewall so it must be out soon! It doesnt say in my manual how to do so.

    EFI 302 valve covers on '66 289 carb

    I got a set of EFI valve covers from an 87 5.0 and went to put them on the 289, they dont sit flat, are the rockers higher on the 289??? It's hitting on the front/top part of the valve cover :Damnit:
