I lost the power steering cap on my 96 Mustang GT (Ok, maybe I took it off and forgot about it and it rolled away somewhere on I-95), and I tried to google a replacement but all i can find is the V6 version. Autozone said they didn't have any either....any suggestions on where I can find one?

There really isn't much of a difference, 96-98s usually do the same at the track. My 96 puts out less power out of a 4.6L than a freekin altima's v6 crapola If you're shopping around, find a cheap 99+.

Don't forget the new vette (with 400hp) can do 186mph out of the box. It can be done, but I'd be worried about it trying to fly... body kits won't work unless they were actually designed for downforce. Most of the ones you'll find are cosmetic.

Are they easy to replace, or is it worth going to a mechanic for?

The car started up and then pretty much immediately died; it wouldn't hold an idle at all. But after 3 tries in a row it started up fine and has been fine ever since. Thats why I assumed it had something to do with the rain, though I may be wrong.

I've got a 96GT that has warped rotors up front, and i figure that since its going to cost money to have them turned, why not just upgrade. I saw a link before for zinc-plated cross-drilled/slotted rotors on ebay for 150.. anyone have any suggestions on what to look for, where to shop, etc...

when i had that problem it turned out to be the e-brake cable rubbing against the rear diff.. evidently they become loose and cause the squeaking... might be the problem in this case.
