    65/66 Pro-Motorsport 350/480 coils(Brand New)

I don't believe they will actually provide a "drop." When I purchased them they were simply listed as stock-height progressive-rate springs. I'll check the original paperwork for any info.

yeah, im glad im keeping it too! I pinched myself like you said...and while was at it I also slapped myself silly for even thinking of selling the stang. Like alot of guys I think I was so preoccupied with keeping it safe that I forgot that it is just a car...a badass car...but still just a...

Keep the fastback or go modern?

Oh yeah I almost forgot....I hope i didn't give the impression that mommy bought all my toys:p ...she didn't those were actually my only two major purchases.....ever. Another thing my mom just bought a 2005 fully loaded 2dr honda accord w/v6 3.0l 240hp...and frankly it is scary how much faster...

Keep the fastback or go modern?

WOW, thanks guys:nice: I don't think i could have asked for better posts than you guys gave. I guess a little background is in order: I do have a daily driver, a 1996 ford t-bird...130hp 3.8 liter v6, 3800 lbs, 100,000 miles very comfortable but almost dangerously weak and on its last leg. I...

Keep the fastback or go modern?

Weird question I know.... I bought my 69 mustang about 3 years ago...a straight, rust free fasback w/ 351w and c4. Over the years I've completely replaced the suspension front to back, all of the steering components as well as all the power steering stuff. Interior is all new as well...the car...

build the 351w or buy a crate BB?

As much as a lot of the veterans hate to hear this...I simply don't have enough time, space, tools, or expertise to build a reliable engine. I know it sounds like a cop out or laziness..and on some level it may be, but it would simply be much easier to let someone more capable than myself do the...

build the 351w or buy a crate BB?

Hey guys I've reached the point in time where i need to start thinking about powerplant options. The car is a stock H code auto sportsroof, the car runs and drives nice and smooth...it's just painfully weak, I doubt the car could break traction on a sheet of ice in a rain storm:( although that...

    Imprivng handling / suspension upgrades

Heed the advice given by these guys, it is invaluable. I did exactly what 5.0in66 talked about. I thought my car handled poorly so I overhauled it. Upper and lower control arms, polygraphite bushings, tierods and idler arm, dr gas variable-rate coil springs, 4 1/2 mid-eye leafs with new...

    should i sell the stang?(pics)

Hey 2nd Mustang, It's funny that you mentioned that...I can't think of one time that I have EVER been challenged on the street....despite the fact that my daily driver; a 96 130 hp v6 thunderbird would probably run away from the stang with no problem :(

    should i sell the stang?(pics)

Thanks for the replies guys. :nice: I guess my main problem is that i put money in the wrong places.... well, maybe not wrong places, just not the fun ones. First thing i did three years ago when i bought the car was put her in the backyard and begin the stripdown and some of the prepwork for...

    should i sell the stang?(pics)

Hey guys im thinking about selling my 69 stang. I've been thinking about it for a while now but i am having some trouble going through with it. She is really impractical as you all know and causes me more worry than she is worth..... but the stares are priceless. Her replacement would be a 2003...
