make sure your gas cap is tight (atleast 3 clicks). if its loose it will set that code, could also be the solenoid as stated above.

well im gonna try to get an 03 or 04 so that wouldnt be a worry but if not the internals will for sure be beefed up. im an ase certified tech btw but i havent had any experience w/ modding the 4.6s. i guess what im really trying to get at is will the aluminum block hold up to that kinda...

did 96 to 02 cobras have aluminum blocks??? i know some did but curious as to which years in that period if not all up till then. i know they switched to cast iron for 03, 04.
