    I read this may also be due to a dying battery. The wierd thing is I just recharged the battery (trickle) about 3 weeks ago. I will double check the cables at the battery

    Last time I fired up the GT, the speedo & RPM gauges both maxed out, went to zero, then went to actual reading. I have started it up since then, and all was normal again. What is going on here?

    Were you running RP ATF or RP manual tranny oil? I will never trust ATF in a manual tranny, I run RP Synchromax, and have never had a problem so far. Big improvement over the stock fluid. my .02

    I just got some bosch icons from autozone. Currently they are buy one get one free (after rebate) so about $23 for the pair after rebate I have used the bosch micro edge, which usually lasted me 2 yrs. and the anco's which lasted 10-12 months
