Roush Replacement Brake Pads for '05 Saleen

Does anyone know what the replacement brake pads are for the 14" drilled Brembos? I'm asking because even Saleen doesn't know:jaw: On my first call to Saleen they told nme I had Stop Techs. I got really excited and ordered new pads only to find out when I took the wheels off that they...

Roush Hood movement on 2005 S281sc

If you will recall, I sold the rims to you w/o the caps. I contacted you at a later date and stated I found them and would send them to you when I got a chance. However, after the 50 or so text messages you sent me that I had to pay for, I decided not to.

Roush Hood movement on 2005 S281sc

I had the Saleen Fix applied to the hood and it didn't change a thing. Ultimately, I had to raise the hood bumpers as high as they would go but still let the hood close. I still get a little movement, but no where near the movement I was getting after getting the "fix."

Roush help with a hot hot intercooler

I had the same problem with my '01. In my case, the intercooler pump was the problem as it wasn't working. End result, merely had to replace the fuse for the pump. I even went to the extent of adding Water Wetter to my intercooler which helped a great deal, but I have heard from folks in...

    Roush found the size

Are you running the stock blower pulley? I wouldn't expect much slip on stock. However, after I upgraded to the smaller Chicane pulley on my '01, I started noticing/feeling slippage which became even more apparent during dyno testing. Additionally, I was using a 111 belt and was slill getting...

Roush Time for a New Clutch - Suggestions?

I liked the SPEC Stage II and it lasted 15k miles with the numbers in my signature. However, looking at that clutch that we just took out.....damn! all but 2 springs were disintegrated and looked like someone put the clutch in a fire for a couple of days. IMO, though, compared to other...

Roush Time for a New Transmission - Any Suggestions?

Marcus, I believe the speedo reads around 12k miles and I installed the blower at 1.5k miles. I drive fast and have fun but I have never abused the drivetrain, speedshifted once, and other than that I'm very gentle mechanically on the car. I'm a little suprised it took so little time to go...

Roush Time for a New Transmission - Any Suggestions?

I knew the day was coming, it just came sooner than I expected. My stock tranny of the '05 is going south (input shaft is thrashed) and I'm not sure what I should get and from where I should purchase from. The power at the wheels is at around 560hp and 507tq and I expect those numbers to...

    Roush What car looks Better??

The rear of the 99-04 Saleens is where I feel the greatest difference is. I like everything about my '05 except for the rear. Everyday when I open the garage I see the back of my 05 right next to the 99 Saleen Cobra, and hands down, w/o a doubt the rear looks soooooo much better. I wll...

Roush Off Road X-Pipe Vs a Catted X-Pipe Performance Questions

When you drop the cats, regardless of the muffler set-up & midpipe, you will get a less-deep tone. I've bounced all over the place with various set-ups and questioned many people on their set-ups and it seems that the cars I tend to like the most have high-flow cats. What really tends to make...
