and i found one thing about it on mustang world's how-to but it really doesnt help at all, none of it seems right. anyone else have any helpful links on this? its the factory non-scooped on there now

i have a 99gt and am wondering if anyone has seen any how-tos for an ETC (Electronic Automatic Temperature Control) conversion this guy did it with his ranger but i couldnt find the how-to he mentioned but would help me alot since i have a moniter that when out covers the a/c controls...

i just spent the 2minutes it takes to remove the spoiler and decided i wanna go without it at least for a little while. what do i use to plug up the holes now so i dont have gaping holes and what should i use to clean this nastiness? good soapy wash and a clay bar-ing maybe?

tryin to test my egr valve and according to haynes the way to do so is apply vacuum to it and see if it holds or not...so what is the name of the tool the can apply hg's of vacuum and where do i find it? would autozone possibly rent them?

you're right...it WAS my problem that last time. this time there wasnt even any washing of the outside of the car for probably two weeks prior

been doin it about 3 weeks now progressively getting worse...i'm at my parents house for christmas so i can actually use a compressor on em, hopefully that'll work oh yeah...the first time a while ago it started right after power washing the engine but this time it hadnt even been washed in a...

any suggestions on what to do now? and anyone got any ideas as to how moisture got to em so bad? it was on all the boots except the passenger side closest to the firewall hardly had any noticable crap on it i had to pull and test all of em about two months ago cuz my roomate had been helpin...

doin it mostly around 1200-2000 rpms it seems...its def. the engine doin somethin wierd, it'll do it sometimes when im just cruising at a certain speed and now its doing it under acceleration at some points but not WOT. car is making me very angry, tested all my cops and they all tested fine...

alright i pulled the two plugs and neither have any kind of oil deposit so it may just be grime

yea kinda smells like oil too....this cant be a good thing

how do i change the drivers side fogligh bulb on a 99 gt? i took out the front screw(with spring on back) and the bottom torx screw and the assembly is just moving around now..i was hoping to be able to pull it out completely and clean the lenses some but now im afraid i wont even be able to get...

just saw this topic yesterday and then of course was stuck reading through almost all of the eleventy billion pages of posts, and all i can say is wow. talk about attention to detail...this car is way more than most people could even dream of. damn nice work, cant wait to see the finished product
