This car has a lot of money invested into it, and is nearly rust free. My phone number is 616-405-0147. DO NOT PM ME ON THIS SITE. CALL ME!!!
This is a REAL Cobra Mustang II. The ID tag on the front of the car clearly shows "V8 CB" which means it's a factory cobra car. Unfortunately I have too many other projects, and I just don't have time for this one. This is a great project car because it's nearly rust free. The towers, floors, rockers, and quarters are all almost perfect. Very minor surface rust in some areas. NO RUST HOLES!
The underpowered, original, drive train was taken out and replaced with a more high performance early 70's 302 v8. It also has a 4 speed with a Hurst shifter (I believe it's a top loader tranny). The car has headers with true dual exhaust all the way back. The motor has a Mallory distributor, and ignition box. Another thing the car has is a nice high rising Edelbrock intake. I got the car NON-RUNNING due to sitting for a long period of time and I never tried to start it.
The owner before me put on a 69/70 shaker top on the car because he liked the look of it on the car. Only the top part of the shaker is correct, the rest is unoriginal for the shaker, but works to mount up to the car.
DON'T BE AFRAID TO MAKE ME AN OFFER ON THE CAR.
