1995 Vibrant Red GT Build up thread

My vibrant red build up thread updated 12/20

Hey guys im not sure if you want to be bored to tears with this, but I purchased a 1995 GT and now Im in the process of rebuilding it to a glorious state of mustangness. so with out further ado here is my progress thus far

when i got her stock







as you can see needs a couple of things like new paint in the front a good polish, some emblems, wing, tint, tips, and get rid of the saddle interior

Since i had some rims laying around from the Mach i slapped them on the 95 and damn they look pretty decent...

Saying she needs paint makes me feel even worse about my current paint job

she is very photogenic...
the front bumper has clearcoat flaking
and there are spots where paint is missing from being backed into and stuff

hey guys two quick updates
put on my old saleen rims...made a huge difference, got some 94-95 lights painted the bezels flat black as well as the bumper trim
just a quick photoshoot after i gave candi her first wax in god knows how long...the paint is far from perfect but thank god the red hides most flaws (unlike black)

and i think this is the direction im going to head with the car as far as look wise...plus a saleen s281 wing


then today i bought a rear wing and painted that and my hood flat black

yeah man that looks good... just dont buy ur wing thru a saleen vendor... go to KAENEN... worst mistake i made!

yeah most people dont like my black rim idea...o well

do a red pinstripe around the lip if u do them black

just my opinion but that wing ruined the looks...i was quite dissappointed when i scrolled down
