1997 cobra door harness

I have a 97 cobra and I put everything from a totaled 2004 cobra in my 97. I was woundering if there is a company that makes a door harness kit that will plug my old door harness with my 2004 body harness?? I anyone has any Ideas please let me know before I have to hardwire every wirs.. Thanks
