1999 Cobra sunroof?

    I am looking at this 99 cobra that I might end up buying, the guy said over the phone that it has a sunroof? I have been checking around and cant find any information about the cobras coming with or having an option for a sunroof?

    So did the 99 cobra come with the option for a sunroof? Or is the guy full of BS and is calling his 99 GT a cobra?

    Any help would be awsome!

    I'm pretty sure the last Cobra's made with a fatory sunroof were the early 80's cars. No SN95's with sunroofs as far as I know.

    Was not a factory option. Could have been installed at the dealership or any aftermarket customizing shop though...

    i have a '99 cobra and it definitely does not have a sunroof, moonroof, or and thing else of that nature. im 99% positive that it does not come with that option either.

    now you can have a moonroof installed on just about any car you want, but it would have cost him a couple G's. but to me it sounds like he's full of s***! :bs:

    In '99 the sunroof was definatley NOT a factory option. (Cobra, GT, or 6 cyl...) However I did have a '92 GT with one.(Factory.)

    moon roofs was a factory option on the foxes.. after the foxes they did not do sun roofs or moon roofs or targa top or anything that has to do with the roof being glass or any thing in that nature.. you can have that put in at a custom shop.. i remember americanmuscle.com used to have a targa top for the mustang... IT DEFINITELY IS NOT FACTORY.. they would never do that to an svt..
