2 tune up questions-which plugs / noise?

I am planning on replacing the cap. rotor, wires,and plugs in the near future (on my 90 GT). I was planning on using the Ford Racing cap/rotor and their 9mm wires. My first question is should I expect any electrical noise as a result of this slight upgrade from stock.
And number 2 is that I am unsure on the plugs to use.
I am not ever planning on racing or anything like that I just need to tune it up. I did a search and found that autolites and the denzo iridiums appear to be the most commonly chosen ones and each have pros and cons.

Any and all suggestions would be appreciated.thanks

if your not running boost or spray.. run autolite 26's.. burns a lil bit hotter and they really helped my car when it was stock.. and i had crap wires on it to

General Rule of Spark Plugs:

Ford = Autolite
Shivy = Champion
Rice = NGK
