Is 12500 for a 2001 Mustang Bullitt all stock, 1 owner and 29000 miles a good deal? Also, whats the main difference between the bullitt and the gt? what rear gears does the bullitt have? does it have a factory short throw shifter?

the price is great if its stock... my dad sold his for 29k with 15k miles on it... if you buy it for colector value, garage it and never drive it again, it will appreciate :)

Friend just told me the price depends on the color, I guess they made less of the Green ones than the blue or black

Sounds like a great deal to me. Normally, a Bullitt like that would run around $14K. The are some differences with the engine of the Bullitt vs. a GT, along with some exterior, interior, and suspension changes. Check out www.imboc.com for more info on Bullitts.

    Thats a great price!

    GT vs. Bullitt (main differences)
    -different intake manifold
    -tuned exhaust manifold
    -high performance mufflers
    -different gauge cluster, seats, shifter

so it would be pointless for me to put a mac pro chamber and catback on it? Also was thinking of a pro 5.0 and cold air intake. other than that keep it stock.

No, no, no. It would sound even better with an aftermarket exhaust.

if you want to mod it, just keep all the origonal parts so you can sell them with or on the car some day
