2001 Spindles and calipers, will they bolt right up to a '94?

I'm not going to get into the details, but I would like to swap in '01 spindles and calipers (PBRs) onto a '94 V6, are they a direct bolt in?

I need the '94 spindles for my car and thought I would just swap them since I can only find '01 spindles

they will bolt right on

but the newer spindles will set the wheels out slightly further on the 94. Not really a problem since the widened spindles happened in 96 and 94s were the same body style
