Santa arrived a little early this year. All I can say is that yes 4.10's are the only gear for our cars. I was just like everyone else, I could not decide to go with 3.73's or 4.10's. Well with the help of everyone here I went with the FRPP 4.10's and some other goodies. Also installed an Eaton 31 spline Posi Moser 31 Spine custom alloy axles and a Diablo chip with a Chipmaster Revolution street tune. All I can say is 4.10's are not too much gear for a daily driver. A big thanks to Eric, Mike and Larry at XMP http://www.x-m-p.com/ for doing a great job!

Good choice, I think 4.10's are great gears for the 2V mod motors. My friend has them in his lightly modded 00 GT, and they rock! Awesome pics by the way. :nice:

EDIT: Now you need some drag radials to compliment those 31 spline axles!! :D

looks to me that those pics are both AFTER the install.

revving just ove 2600 at 70, and just under 3000 at just over 75

Yes, both pics of the speedo are after the install of the 4.10's and the chip to correct everything. I have an auto so the gear I was in when I took the pics is overdrive.
