'86 Mustang GT Transmission fluid type

I talked to two different dealers and got two different answers. The question is gear oil or dexron III for an 86 Mustang GT. Please don't guess if you don't know. I prefer to only hear from those who have got original 86 equipment or have had and worked on one in the past.

Its supposed to be dexron-3 but I run 10w30 motor oil in mine
