89 lx vert no window up/down

Well i bought a 89 vert was a aod car converted it to 5spd.When i bought it the windows all 4 didnt go up or down.I tried different master switch still nothing.The breaker in the fuse pannel i pulled it out and hooked up a jumper wire and accidently ground out the + now i cant get it to get power.Little help plz
