91 Stang won't start

    timing belt is still on (took the front cover off when replacing crank sensor). As far as timing being on or off, i'm sure its still on considering the belt was never removed, and never jumped time. I'm check the EEC JB66, its worth a try!

    The R/LG wire is the wire that supplies power to the DIS, both coils, the ICM, the crank sensor and fuse 18 in the fuse panel. With the ignition switch "ON," you should have battery voltage at all these points.

    that sounds like some really high resistance for plug wires
