94 GT Need some help!!!

OK, here is the rundown. I have a '94 GT convertible automatic. The car cranks but will not start. I have gone through the manual following steps & replacing things as I go. I was not getting any spark anywhere, although I seemed to have power at the coil, module & pip plug.
The damn thing actually started up while a buddy cranked it and I was gounding/testing/backprobing the green #1 wire of the ign. module. Ran fine, started & stopped a few times then started bogging/sputtering a bit after about 5 minutes so I turned it off. The next morning, wont start again. So far I have replaced:

battery
cap & rotor
alternator
ignition module
coil
distributor pick up stator

I have also cleaned the MAF sensor. So before I spend a bunch more $$ can someone point me in the right direction, or tell me what to do. PLEEEZZZEEE

Any Check Engine lights? When you say you weren't getting any spark, how were you checking? Are you getting fuel? What's the fuel pressure at while cranking? Any kind of aftermarket alarm remnants left from a PO?
