Progress Thread 94 gt project

heres the progress of my 94 from they day I bought it. I rebuilt the motor and done some basic bolt ons. Long story short have had a lot of problems with factory efi/ computer setup. So I am now in the process of getting rid of it. Im going with a different setup for the engine and have had the tranny built and going with a stand alone for the transmission.

here it was after the fist go around

I have been removing engine harness and cleaning up passenger side engine bay. but that leads me to having a question. I have tried to do some searching but still am not really sure. I have what I would call the main ecu harness/ bulk head plug pulled to the inside of the pass fender and was going to remove it from the firewall. but where it plugs into the ecu in the passenger side kickpanel there are three other plugs, and the harness looks like it shares two of them.

so my question is can I unplug them with harming anything else? mainly wondering about #1 and #2, they are the ones that look like they sharing the harness. (do they run over to the gauge cluster?)
or should I just tie it up and leave it on the inside of the fender.

if it makes any difference I am running all new autometer gauges, running new wiring for: fuel pump, fan, and ingnition.
Thanks for the help!
