97 V6 alternator

    I drive a base '97 coupe . She won't start!!! Any suggestion as to where I can get a decently priced alternator?

    Are you sure it's the alternator? With a full battery, the car should start and run, although it won't run very long since the ignition is running off the battery. Check the voltage and then start the car and check it again. If it doesn't go from about 12.0V to about 13.5V, the alternator is bad.
