Hey guys i need some help. Yesterday i was driving my precious baby and out of know where i start hearing a tapping sound coming from the engine. I checked the oil pressure and it was good. So being the worry wart that i am i dropped it off at my local ford dealer. The tells me that it could be my piston tapping. But the only way to be sure is to take it apart and there gonna rape me 300+ to do that. Freaking dealerships anything to screw ya. Any of you gear head that know these 4.6 modulars can you give a few clues as to what this could be? I'm going to pay to have the car towed to LaRocca Performance in Englishtown first thing Moday morning.
