with reguard to the air charge temp sensor when i connect my scanner to the car and run the koeo self test I get a act and coolant temp code however when I run the test hot both disappear. I know the test should be run hot vs. cold but if the computer thinks there is a discrepancy between hot and cold it will cause a problem right? I removed the act sensor and measured it at room temp it thinks it cold however when hot it measures correctly, will this cause a surging when cold?
Any input will be greatly appriciated.
p.s. changing both sensor here where I live is about six time greater in price than in the U.S. ($200 ca.) so I dont want to throw sensors at it if I dont have to.
