Ok so I have Duals out the back under my GT bumper. I backed into a car this summer and might need a totally new bumper. My question. Could the shop just cut the pipes and make them go out to the side. I was thinking get the side skirts and get the tips and let them fabricate my pipes, it cant be that hard?
You'd probably at least need side exit mufflers. I don't think there's enough room for the rear exit ones to sit sideways under the car. Of course there's always the chance they could take out some pipe between the cats and mufflers to shorten the total length, thus allowing room to bend the pipe to the side after it exits the back of the muffler.
Are u talking about roush tips. What tips are u talking about? Mabey you should just keep them and get another Gt bumper.
