A good intake gasket

    Needing a good intake gasket for stock heads to gt-40 (explorer intake).


    Any suggestions

    You will also need to purchase the upper to lower intake gasket for the GT40 intake separately.

    I'm not sure he wasnt talking about the 1250's, which are most recommended here

    only problem with these is that they come with the crappy cork ends as opposed to the rubber ends that the parts store units come with.
    Also, you need to trim around the water ports.

    Both sets will do a good job, IF installed properly

    The 1250s are for ported heads. You don't need them for a GT-40 intake, it's just a waste of money. On top of having those crappy cork ends.
