Now if I were to buy Cat. Converters for my Off Road H pipe on my 1992 5.0

Where would I have to put them on the pipe. I see some mid pipes with the Cats near where the headers connect to the Mid pipe and I see some where they are down near the where the mid pipe connects to the cat back.

Does it matter where they go on a 5.0 OBD I?

Dont know if they have to go before the O2 sensors or not on a OBD I

After the 02 sensors, right after the exhaust bends and goes horizontal to the ground.
