I was showing off my new 06 GT at my aunts house and left two black marks on the cement. At about 11:00 that night the sheriff came to my house and wrote up a report for leaving black marks, I wasn't issued a citation, he told me to work it out with them. Now my aunt wants to charge me with destruction of property. Can they do that? This happened 4 days ago.
