About to get the car back together and all will be new... so I will need a good
wheel alignment. Are there any machines I should be looking for in a shop?

any to avoid??

Go to a reputable place and you should be fine. I've had no issues with shops that use the laser stuff. Probably more accurate overall, I'm sure.

Not sure where you're located, but in my area, lots of Vettes and the like use Goodyear shops and Kauffman Tire (chain here in GA).

If you need a "performance" alignment, meaning specific specs to your liking due to massive suspension changes from stock, you might want to call around and ask around too.

Most alignment machines are from hunter and have pretty much every vehicles specs loaded into them, so you should be good as long as the person that does the alignment knows what theyre doing. Machines dont do bad alignments, people do bad alignments.
