Another mach 460 issue

Hey all. I recently developed an issue with the stereo in my car. I have a Pioneer head unit with the correct Crutchfield wiring harness. If I sit stationary, the stereo sounds fantastic. As soon as I move, or shut a door, the bass cuts out and I get engine noise in the speakers. If I hit the back seat, it makes a static noise. If I put the top down, or up, same thing. Is it just a loose connection to the amps? Also, if I'm correct in a vert they're mounted behind the rear seat right?

There was a reply to another thread, he said that the engine noise could be faulty grounding.
