Oh, now I see the car just had cams installed. As I said before , these things just don't "happen" :nice: Were the cams installed and degreed in properly, who tuned the car after the cams were installed?

Jason that blows bro. Hate to see a white stanger down. Don't let it get your hopes down! Money is money and the car is fixable. You'll be back on the road in no time!

Jay.. Jason's car was tuned by DynoSpeed, just like mine, expect he had someone install the cams who did a pretty shady job if you ask me.

Kinda makes you wonder, eh Jason?

helty, you better hope he didn't mess up my cat-back on the red dragon! it added like 50rwhp to it, geez.

jason.. your new idle rocks sir. ok im just joking, and im sorry. i'd cry if that was my car, and then i'd set it on fire and file an insurance claim, but lets all pretend like i never said that.

Had it been the install, then it surely would have done it by now. I've had those things in there for about 5,000 miles now. It is something in the lower right-side of the motor. Right now, it is assumed that it's a spun bearing.

They drained my oil pan today and it was full of metal shavings.

I'll be getting another stock motor put in for now.. then I shall send my old block (assuming it's not screwed up) and my heads to KUNTZ probably. Then i'll be back in action and stronger/faster than I was before :)

i spun bearings in a 350 chevy, 350 Pontiac, and a slant 6. its a chitty/disapointing feeling! put a junk yard motor in it and sell it.
