Well title pretty much says it all. All i need is factory cobra anchor plates (caliper mounting brackets) Any idea where i can get just that for a decent price? As you might guess I am going with Cobra Brakes up front so yea, help is pretty much appreciated.

If you dont have the calipers yet, then your best bet would be a kit from www.buyfordracing.com

If you do have the calipers then the bracket might be something Auto Zone of someone would carry. But dont take my work for it.

Thats gay...... lol... Because I have a hook up and can get the calipers and rotors dirt cheap, but cant get the damn caliper mounting brackets. Well I guess I will just go with the 99-04 calipers which are still 2 piston calipers but same size rotor. I plan on drilled/slotted rotors in all four corners so with that extra help I am sure the twin piston calipers should help out a bit more as well. What do you guys think?

Drilled and slotted rotors dont help with anything braking related (in fact there detrimental). However they do help with car looks and the lightening of your wallet:D .

I'm not a big fan of drilled and slotted rotors. Do one or the other (or neither), or you'll be asking for trouble.

I'd also recommend going with the cobra calipers, if at all possible. Especially if you're going to be changing rotors either way.

Yeah but the problem is that The cobra kit is kinda, well for lack of better words...Expensive... I could get pretty much both front calipers brand new for about 100bucks and the rotors for about another 100 bucks, but I cant get the damn caliper mounting bracket. But like I was saying I can get the twin piston calipers from the 99+gt's and the brackets + the rotors all for under 200 so thats why i was saying I might just do that. Because I think its retarded to spend more money on the bracket then i did on the calipers and rotors. What do you guys think?
