Hey guys, I'm new here. I'm a Camaro owner but I've been helping my little cousin out with his Cobra II and havin' a blast doing it. The thing sat in a garage for a good five years before we got it. Has a decent running 302ci motor in it, C-4 trans, etc. The problem we have is with the floor boards. They're rotted out pretty badly. I need to know if there's a company that makes repro floor boards for the car. When I did the ones on my Chevy I went through NPD, but I don't think they offer parts for Mustangs after 1973. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks in advance for any help.

if you know how to weld i would try it yourself with some sheet metal. the guys on HP TV did in 1/2 hour and they even took some break times for commercials!!!!! :rlaugh: . Honestly though try www.50resto.com but i have not seen any for sale. good luck,

Thanks Stang, i'll try that website. I'm a pretty good MIG welder. I'm thinking that if I can't find any repo floor pans I'll find a junkyard II and cut out what I need. I'm going to try and make welding in sheetmetal patches my last option.

If you find a II in a yard with good pans it would probably be better to buy that II and parts swap from the one you've been working on.

I think Phil's Mustang II Specialty Shop had them. Check his listing at mustangii.net.
