i dont care about anyones reaction, except for the kids. its great to see kids rubber neck in their moms SUV. or when they walk by and yell as i wash the car in the driveway "NICE CAR!" its also nice when they are on the schol bus and grab the attention of half the bus and all are glued to the window to see YOUR car.
the kids know what cool cars are, they usually dont know the difference between a civic or a mustang, but they know cool when they see it. if you can put a smile on a kids face and make his day, thats the best reaction!

Rolling up on a school bus on the highway last week...
A couple kids in the back waved.
I waved back and hammered the gas going 5th to 3rd...
Well, the noise was impressive and my little pony flew like the wind.
I could swear I saw the bus tip to the left as the kids jumped to the left side.
I let the bus catch up (after a mile or so)...
All I could see was waving arms, and hands and big smiles on faces...
Does a heart good to see appreciation.
Even the bus driver nodded.
I guess 30 kids on a bus make up for the handful of PO ricers.
