ATTENTION: Owners of 2011 Mustangs with a shimmy/vibration in the car/steering

Wow....

How do you know he doesnt have an actual issue? If there is a problem, then ford should fix it... lighten up fellas.

Did you not read the thread? And how he's had this "issue" with a bunch of other brand new cars? And how a Ford tech rode with him and said there was nothing wrong at all with the car and it rode just like another new 2011 they had on the lot?

I met with the field service engineer yesterday and a certified suspension and handling tech from Ford.

They both drove my car with me in it for 25 miles and both felt the vibration in both the steering wheel and the floor boards.

We then got back to the dealer and took out a brand new 2011 GT with 118 miles on the same 25 mile loop.

IT HAD THE EXACT SAME vibration.

Diagnoses

"normal vehicle characteristic"

So case closed on my car.

Will have to see this first hand when you have the time. Email me if you are free over the weekends.
