I will take some when engine is complete (a few more days). Still have some cleaning up to do. This car ran like a banshee when I got it but whoever put it together sure did a hack job. I find it disgusting that some people treat their cars like there tractors. Oh well, it's in good hands now. Really kicked around pulling the engine but this thing runs too good as it is. Maybe in a year or two. Would like to do a carbed, auto trans, 331 or 347 swap but I am worried about the wiring issues. I'll have to do my homework. :D

It is uncommon to run a carb with a blower. It's doable, but it runs a lot better with fuel injection. You're going to find it hard to make as much power with an N/A carb engine as you do with that blower. I think you'd be a lot happier just leaving it the way it is. Either way, if you want more power, it's going to be cheaper to build a decent long block with H/C/I, and upgrade the injection system then it is going to be to change it all over to a carb setup.

Actually If I decide to change the engine, I won't be installing the blower. What kind of upgrades can I do to the injection system?
I know it has a high pressure fuel pump (Walbro I think), 42 lb. injectors (Bosch) and a different FPR (Kirban).

Exactly my point. I don't see the logic in replacing a blown engine with an N/A engine. That's a downgrade. You're better off with the engine you have. If you really want more power, I would spend the money on a good set of Heads, Cam, and intake. You would probably have to go to a bigger set of injectors, and an inline boost pump. You would be right on the limit of what the block can handle, and have a totally daily driveable car.

What benefits do you think a carb will bring you?

Unfortunatly I know very little about these computer cars. Also, this 5 speed is not going to help as far as bracket racing goes(which I mostly plan on doing). It's a blast to drive but not really what I wanted. I was looking for a clean fox body set up for drag racing when I came across this car. It was just too good of a deal to pass on!
