Before I complain, Is my terminology correct on this part?

My car had smoke coming out of the engine bay and strange enough it was idle pulley that bolts to the block, bearings went bad. Though not that strange I suppose because the car is 12 years old and it's first few years lived in salt.......so anyway I ordered an "idle" pulley from a shop online only to discover the part they sent was for the tensioner.

I looked at the ad again and it does say idle pulley. Is the one on the tensioner arm considered an idle pulley too? If not I want them to get me the right one asap on their dime because my car is down.

You have three of them. Idler pullies. One is a ribbed pulley the other is a smooth pulley both of these bolt to your timingcover. and then the third is usually referred as the tensioner pulley which will be a smooth pulley also. And these come usually with the tensioner arm?
