I ordered a set of Cobra front brakes from them 2.5 months ago. I'm trying to get my money back but can't reach them. I've sent an e-mail every day, I tried calling their number 310-694-8985 and I just recieve the same message over and over and can't leave a voice message.

I feel like I've just lost out on $400.

When I first saw this thread I thought it was my old thread....

But since you probably still need brakes, here's what I did...

oemfordparts.com actually has the calipers on backorder, but I got them from a guy on ebay that was cheaper. He doesn't have anymore listed but you can email him and probably get them...here's my auction

Hey Dave, how much of an improvement in braking do you experience over stock stuff? I know they look 110% better, but I just wonder how drastic the feel has improved. I need to upgrade & I'll probably do what you did or something similar.... The stockers, even with good rotors & new pads, are making my car stop like a dump truck.

I just got my calipers this week, so now that I have everything I'll be putting it all in this weekend. The rear brakes are done but I can't really notice any difference...mostly done just for looks. But I'll do a write up next week with pics and my opinion on the parts.

I got the 04 Cobra front and rear brake kits with SS lines and they are dramatically different from the stock GT brakes. I kept the GT master cylinder and I am glad I made that choice. The pedal is a little firmer, but almost exactly like and 03 or 04 Mach 1.

Looks are good, but you get just as much in improved performance. I got mine from PPI for just under $400 for each kit. I also put on the 03 Cobra front control arms while I was at it and the difference there was night and day on a car that had 146,000 miles on the stock front arms.

I know the owner and see him from time to time. He is very ligit. Its just a messy/stresful few weeks due to him moving to a new location. Im sure everything will be sorted out asap. Its hard to ask, but be patient, lol.

If thats the case, then a good business owner would at least acknowledge that he's recieved my e-mails and phone calls.
