Is it possible to take off the black tape applique on the hood in front of the hood scoop and between the tail lights? If so, what's the best way? Thanks

On the hood yes, its just a huge sticker. The rear applique is not a sticker, its three individual molded parts with mounting posts.
But, why would you remove them?

I had mine also chip and bought a new one at Tommie Vaughn Ford in Houston. It'll cost you a tad over $80 :notnice:

Being the largest Ford parts dealer I'm sure they do, lol. Just look in any stang mag for their advertisement or you could just do a search, I'm lazy too
