Hey Hey. I plan to get Nitrous sometime this summer and I have some questions - hopefully, you can help me.

    1. What nitrous system are you using?
    2. How do you have it setup with the TwEECer (i.e. as far as timing fuel, AFR etc)? Was it difficult to setup with the TwEECer?
    3. How much timing do you pull?
    4. What problems, if any, have you encountered with the setup using the TwEECer?
    5. From your post, I see you do not have a wideband. So, how do you know if the AFR is correct?
    6. How much fun do you have with it:D ?
    7. Any other advice you can provide

I may have more questions based on your answers to my questions.

    Thanks

    1. Its a compucar kit that now has a N.O.S. fogger nozzle
    2. My settings are leave the slow adv. rate in the timing as it helps with traction and will help with the "harshness" of the initial n2o hit. I took out 1* from the high (wot) load areas to start with as I know from past n2o runs (without the tweecer) that the 10*-9* base and stock timing tables were good with no det. As far as fuel I talked to a R&D guy at N.O.S. and he said that for up to a 150-175shot that the A/F target to get best power is like 11.5-11.8:1.
    3. Its basicly the stock slow adv. rate with 1* pulled from the stock tables to start with.
    4. Realy I have not hit the bottle yet while running the tweecer, I had some mech. shake down issues N/A so I spent the winter working out. I should be good to go and hope to have it filled with fluids this or next week (its ready for fluids now).
    5. Well I was a dyno and the pulls I made were to check the A/F, when I commanded a change the changes were right on. I want to go back or buy a wb to make sure after the winters sorting out didnt change that though...as I am now running a 98gt maf.
    6. I hope alot, I know the old setup with the 125 shot (going to 150/175 now) was FUN...real FUN:D
    7. If you have not yet get a window switch, ign. box of some kind, run a colder plug (on 100+ shots), the gen rule of thumb is 2* per 50hp of n2o...so if your running 4* more adv. from stock with no ping...you should be able to run 0-(-1) timing and be safe. Also a plug gap of 35 will help blow out.

again I have not had the chance to hit the bottle yet with this setup/tweecer from knowing that the n/a side had some issues. Preaty sure I have that worked out mech. now so I hope to be spraying this summer.

Thanks for the info. But I forgot one question. What size injectors are you running? I have the 24lbs and am a little worried about them and wondering if 30s are in my future.

I have 24's but run a wet kit so the strain on the inj. is not like the dry kits.

I have tossed around the idea of 30's.
